Drop the Ball
You’re three months into your goal! How are you holding up?!

You have limits! You can’t do everything well! Maybe it’s time to let weeds grow in your lawn in order to spend more time with your family. Maybe you eat frozen meals more often to cut time in the kitchen and create time to study. Maybe you drop social media to make time for your new hobby.
Take 10-15 minutes to evaluate where you are and brainstorm a list of things in your life you can simplify or drop.
